Letter to Benjamin G. Ferris expressing concurrence with his political views as stated in a letter to Hunt. Hunt suggests that Ferris publish his letter in the New York World and expresses satisfaction to know that Ferris still supports "sound conservative principles". Written at Lockport, N.Y.
